Awesome customer service, pleasant change from city post offices where there is no real personalisation, small community I have had the pleasure of knowing previous owners and now Brett and Julie who have moved from Queensland to here. I think they have managed to meet our community needs and wants very quickly since taking over and also gone above and beyond to help their customers in difficult matters that may be not at fault from their end. Not only have they had to meet and remember most of our community which can be quite overwhelming, when taking over a business, they have also had the confusion of having mail going to 3 or 4 previous address of residents (such as myself :) as I have forgotten to change my mailing address) and they still managed to get the mail to me. Twice I have been in the Paynesville post office and the Lady behind the counter is very rude. No customer service skills.
New owners have gotten in a range of products from aus post catalog that was previously not stocked and added extra post office boxes which i think paynesville needed as we are a growing community. So glad to have them in our local post office.

2nd time we have had "no mail" for 2 or more weeks only to come in one day and find a whole stack of it. First time we let it slide. Second time we approached the new owners about it, they blamed the previous owners. Who i know damn well would not have let that happen! Geoff was a bloody champion in that PO and ran it air tight! But the new owners wont even own up to their own mistakes! Shame on them.
