It was Christmas Eve and it turned out to be the worst one and the "credit" goes to this entity owner "Mr. Disgusting person". My family and friends decided to get a new experience of driving on thre cruise however it turned to be our worst.. est decision by us.We were given a short brief about how to drive and bla bla bla.. and the moment our ride was at the edge of completion, something happened n the engine became still.and there comes the entry of " Mr disgusting" the owner.He came to tow our boat and he was so rude and ill mannered who don't know how to talk.He started yelling on us and asked us to pay 500 dollars without telling us what actually happened to the boat, when we disagree to pay it he took a cricket bat and started threatenin the kids with us. He was an animal, I believe animals are more behaved then him.Warning. GUYS PLEASE BEWARE OF HIM... your time is not meant to get wasted over this kind of thing and especially BULL CRUISE.. you can actually see the BULLL **MR. Disguisting***
Loved it. Best day out on the water. Boat was OK, great for beginners. Staff very helpful, made the day easy.

Worst service ever. We were threatened by an employee with a cricket bat and were blamed that we made damage to the boat were nothing happened to the boat. The person was threating us to pay 500$ or he will smash our car with a bat. It was a horrible situation with kids along with us. When the situation went out of control we had to call 000 in order to get situation under control.Stay away from these people.Worst sercice.
Horrible,Inhuman and disgusting behaviour by the owner of this business.We were a group of 13 people and hired a burranan on christmas eve 2018. Safety brefing was very quick and we were explained things only when we asked questions ourselves during the breifing. At the end of the hire period, when we reached back to the origin point, the boat stopped moving. We called the owner who, very rudely asked us to put the engine down. Unware of what does ,putting the engine down mean, we just simply said the boat is not moving.He then had to tow our boat and when we asked what was the problem, he started talking rudely, calling us stupid and aggressively blaming that we broke his boat and demanding that we pay him 500 $ to cover for his insurance access or he will hit our car to do 5000$ worth of damage. He held a cricket bat in his hand and aggressively started shouting as he was rushing towards our car. we had 5 kids in our group who started crying seeing something like that first time ever in their life. They were literally crying their heart out concerned of their safety as he was holding a bat and threatning to not let us go until we pay.One of our freinds called 000 and reported about this live incident. After realizing that a call to 000 has been made he started shouting and confronting us demading to get out of his office.We later gave a statement to police and explained the incident.
